Return Window

We offer a 14-day return request period, which means you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and included items must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Toy-Grade RC Products & Electronic Toys

The following products are considered toy-grade products:

  • RC Jets
  • RC Cars
  • RC Drift Cars
  • RC Boats
  • RC Aircraft
  • Toy Drones
  • Similar hobby and novelty products

These products are tested before shipment.

Eligible for Replacement Only If:

  • Product arrives damaged during transit.
  • Product arrives defective upon delivery.
  • Product has missing parts upon delivery.
  • Issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Valid unedited unboxing video is provided.

Not Eligible for Return or Refund If:

  • Product has been used after delivery.
  • Product has been flown, driven, charged repeatedly, assembled, modified, crashed, dropped, or mishandled.
  • Damage occurs after customer use.
  • Claim is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • No valid unboxing video is provided.

For verified defects reported within the required timeframe, Nuivora reserves the right to provide a replacement product, replacement part, or store credit before issuing a refund.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy

To ensure a fair resolution process, an unboxing video is mandatory for all electronic products and toy-grade items.

Requirements:

  • Recording must start before opening the package.
  • Shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • Entire unboxing process must be recorded continuously.
  • Product condition must be clearly shown.
  • No edits, cuts, pauses, transitions, or interruptions.

Important:

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

No unboxing video = No replacement, return, or refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • A missing item
  • The wrong product

Our team will review the evidence and determine the appropriate resolution.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized products are non-refundable once production has started.

This includes:

  • Memory Sphere products
  • Custom video products
  • Products containing uploaded photos or videos
  • Custom text engravings
  • Special-order items

As these products are made specifically for the customer, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not available after production begins.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Personalized products
  • Digital products
  • Downloadable products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, customers may be instructed to return the original item before a replacement is shipped.

Nuivora reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving an exchange.

Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery timelines are estimates only.

Refunds, cancellations, or compensation will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational issues outside our control

Once an order has been shipped, transit delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt under applicable consumer protection laws.

The product must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom and personalized products remain exempt where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
